I just had an idea of a RPN (Role-Played Novel). Basically how it works is thus: I am going to set up background story and a prologue as if it was an actual Fan-Fiction. Then characters will be introduced, and the whole thing will be played out like a normal RP; however, there will be set guidelines everypony would have to follow so that it may stay in the form of a FF.
When the RPN reaches the final stretch of the story, I'll wrap it up by writing an epilogue and finish it like normal. After all is said and done, I will then copy each post, format it, correct all grammar, and fill in any blank spots or plot holes. I'll post it here, and with everypony's OK, submit it to Equestria Daily, FF.net, or what have you.
This thread is just here to see who would be interested in joining this endeavor. Though, keep in mind that you would want to be somewhat dedicated to this; I would hate to have to kill off a character just because they stopped posting halfway through.
If you ARE interested and/or have any questions, post below and vote on which storyline seems the best.
(I'll leave this up for a week or so before starting so I can get everything sorted out.)

A group of ponies get on a plane to travel to another continent (vacation, heading home, etc.) and crash land on an unknown island.

A pony starts killing at random, cutting off the cutie marks of his victims as trophies. A group of self-proclaimed detectives get on the case, vowing to take this killer off the streets no matter the cost.
