Darin Hooves is a 12 year old black and gray pinto unicorn with dark green eyes. His mane and tail are dark black. He is very brave, determined and loyal. Gaining his cutie mark; a shield and sword. He was born in Manehatton, but moved to Ponyville soon after he was born. When he first moved to Ponyville, he was very shy. Then he got used to his new home, and made many friends. One day, while at school, his best friend was getting bullied by an older classmate. He stood up to the bully. He gained his cutie mark after that. His classmates gave him the rank of the 'Protecter' witch was an honor in his class. A few months later, his best friends moved away. He hasn't had a best friend since. What to do....
